Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Present and promote company products/services
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Close deals and negotiate with clients
- Follow up on sales and provide after-sales support
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Provide consultation and resolve customer concerns regarding products/service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing (depending on the position)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to present products and build customer relationships
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong planning and sales management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and basic programs such as Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or out-of-town assignments if required
- Experience in a related industry is a plus
- Foreign language proficiency is an advantage
